16 years of
Hall Farm Holidays!
It’s our 16th birthday
Here’s our story of how it began
This is us, Julian and Philippa Hibbert
Jules farms at the family farm which includes our son, George. They farm mainly arable crops plus sheep; I’m the proud ‘mother’ of Larry the Lamb and his friends, who live in our field here in Hollington.
They enjoy greeting you, especially if you have a digestive biscuit to hand!
Rewind 22 years…
We moved to Hall Farm with our young children, George and Annabel.
Quite a project on our hands!
Forward 5 years and The Mews was lovingly converted from an old cow shed into our first holiday cottage. The hot tub arrived before the outside was ready, so was installed in the field!!
The next chapter…
The Retreat, a year later.
Originally a stable that housed Annabel’s pony, and two falling down car ports, the now garden was our vegetable patch!
Fast forward a few years…
We were given the opportunity of converting ’The Old Smithy’
Today
Hall Farm Holidays as it is today was completed in 2013 and we have enjoyed welcoming guests old and new ever since. Farming and running holiday cottages are both ‘a way of life’ rather than a job and Jules and I really love what we do!!
